Sonquinthomes interiors have been designed on an elegant and contemporary concept. Exterior carpentry of aluminium with Climalit glass provides a high degree of energy efficiency as well as heat and sound insulation. Interior carpentry gives greater continuity between rooms.
There is water underfloor heating and there are air conditioning ducts in each room of the apartment which can be independently adjusted for each room. Each apartment has a gas fireplace in the living room.
Kitchens are equipped with electrical appliances of the brands Siemens and Gaggenau and Krion worktops, a material that is warm to the touch and similar to natural stone, durable and easily maintained. Cupboards are white with a gloss finish.
Floors throughout each apartment are white marble except in bathrooms and toilets where they are porcelain. With whirlpool baths in the master bathroom, washbasins and countertops in Krion in the bathrooms, as per the architectural design.
